Product details:

In the early stage of connecting the power supply, the load is supplied with power through a negative temperature coefficient thermistor, limiting the instantaneous current when powered on. As the temperature of the thermistor increases, the resistance value decreases, and the load approaches normal working state. After about 3-5 seconds, the relay pulls in the short-circuit thermistor, and the power will be directly supplied to the load through the relay contacts, entering normal working state. This effectively suppresses the impact of surge current on the circuit and other electrical appliances, as well as avoids sudden high current surges and prolongs load life.

  • 32A high current sealed relay, silver contact, dustproof and oxidation resistant, with long service life.

  • NTC20D-25 oversized current limiting element with stronger impact resistance.

  • Adopting capacitor voltage reduction method for power supply is more stable and effective than transformer power supply. The PCB size is smaller.

Note: The soft start board is only used to limit the startup current and prevent impact. It is powered on immediately after startup. If it takes a while to power on without limiting the startup current, it is a delay switch. This board can be removed with NTC20D-25.
