It is recommended to equip each channel with a heat sink of 3kg or more.
After welding is completed, do a good job of heat dissipation. Before powering on, adjust VR2 clockwise a few turns (to avoid unnecessary losses caused by excessive static current at the moment of power on). After powering on, adjust the midpoint voltage to be close to 0MV. Then adjust potentiometer VR2 (1K) to make the voltage at points AB 22MV. Divide the voltage at points AB by a 0.22 Ω resistor to obtain the static current.
After completing the static current regulation, adjust the VR1 (500R) potentiometer to make the voltage between OUT and GND 0MV, which is generally okay within 10MV.
