The upgraded CROSBON CR-513 Audio Power Filter & Purifier is an EMI filtering circuit composed of common-mode and differential-mode
inductors along with a transient voltage suppressor (TVS). The TVS in the circuit can switch from high to low impedance in the order of 10-12
seconds, absorbing surge power of up to several kilowatts and clamping the voltage between its terminals to a predetermined value. This
effectively protects sensitive electronic components from damage caused by various surge pulses. Meanwhile, the common-mode and
differential-mode inductors eliminate and prevent noise caused by AC mains ripple and fluctuations, providing excellent suppression of both
differential-mode and common-mode noise.
