This machine refers to the classic Sugden SF60 line, and is modernized and upgraded on this basis. The digital display function is added, and the digital volume replaces the original analog potential remote control function. It is similar to the device, and the internal materials are upgraded. The use of higher-specification materials is better than the original.
SF60 uses a high-grade toroidal transformer with a power of up to 600 watts to ensure stable power supply, plus a large-current rectifier bridge, which is more stable. The volume control uses the advanced volume chip muse72320, which has very low distortion and higher signal-to-noise ratio. It will not have the problem of small volume deviation and short service life of carbon film potentiometer. It also has multi-channel input switching function and remote control function, which is very convenient to use. The volume control chip uses a transformer to power it to reduce interference, and the sound is cleaner and the background is darker.
The transformer used in the machine is a high-order cloth-wrapped transformer with a nominal power of 600 watts and a measured power of nearly 1,000 watts. It is huge in size, made of oxygen-free copper enameled wire and Class A iron core. The materials used are very solid and the effect is also very powerful, especially the control and elasticity of low frequencies, which are far better than ordinary toroidal transformers.
As the core component of SF60, the power amplifier board is also made of solid materials. Two 10,000 microfarad NOVER large capacitors are used with large transformers to ensure excellent power supply quality and more stable large dynamics. The small capacitors that have a significant impact on the timbre are imported tin film capacitors, which have a warm and sweet timbre, full and moist, and are very toxic. The output tube is a one-to-three-channel Ken A1303/C3284. The advantage of this design is that the sound is very delicate and the low-frequency elasticity is better.
The volume control board also does not consider the cost. Whatever material is good is used. The capacitors are all original ELNA. The output op amp is JRC5532. You can upgrade to a high-end op amp later. The op amp power supply voltage is ±12V. Under this voltage, the dynamic output of the op amp will not be compressed, ensuring that the potential of the op amp is fully utilized.
