Advantages and scope of application: Due to its adjustability, it is suitable for electronic enthusiasts to use. It can be used with many low-power devices and can output any voltage value within the range. There is no need to worry about finding a specialized adapter. It is best to use a multimeter when adjusting voltage. Capable friends can also use homemade meter heads. Disadvantages: As it is not a professional adjustable power supply, it relies solely on a voltage regulator transistor to reduce and stabilize the voltage. The pressure is very high, and the natural temperature is high due to the pressure. Therefore, in use, the first thing to ensure is that the input voltage is 2.5V higher than the output voltage. The second is that the voltage difference between the input and output should not be too large. For example, if using 19V input and 1.25V output, the LM317 will have to withstand a voltage of 17.75V from 19V to 1.25V, and its temperature will rise quickly. Even if the heat sink is installed, it will be very hot. But don't worry, LM317 has overvoltage and overheating protection, so if it gets too hot, it will strike.

The LM317T/LM337T voltage regulator PCB is a more versatile voltage regulator board that is compatible with almost all adjustable voltage regulators in TO220 and TO-3P packages. The input communication can be a dual group 3-wire or dual group 4-wire power transformer. And the board can also use LT317T-LM317T; LM317T-LM337T.    

(1) +5V-GND-05V,
A: Three wire connection method (must have corresponding installation LM317/LM337): 
Input connected to AC2/GND/AC3, point A on the back is connected, point B is not connected. 
Connect the rectifier diode to D1/D2/D5/D6, and install J1/J2. 
Output to P1/P2/P3. 
B: Four wire connection method (with LM317/LM337 installed): 
Input connected to AC1/AC2, AC3/AC4, Connect point A on the back, and do not connect point B. 
All rectifier diodes are installed. 
Output to P1/P2/P3. 
C: Four wire connection method (with LM317/LM317 installed): 
Input connected to AC1/AC2, AC3/AC4, Point A on the back is not connected, point B is connected. 
All rectifier diodes are installed. 
Output connected to P1/P2/P4. 
(2)  +5V-GND,   +5V-GND 
A: Four wire connection method (with LM317/LM317 installed): 
Input connected to AC1/AC2, AC3/AC4, When point A on the back is connected, both groups share GND, while point A is not connected to GND and is independent. Point B is not connected. 
All rectifier diodes are installed. 
Output connected to P1/P2, P3/P4。 
B: Four wire connection method (with LM337/LM337 installed): 
Input connected to AC1/AC2, AC3/AC4, Point A on the back is not connected. Point B is not connected. 
All rectifier diodes are installed. 
Output connected to P2/P1, P4/P3。
